  • -       He was a photographer.
  • -       He was born 9 April 1830 at – Kingston.
  • -       He changed his name several times.
  • -       He killed his wife’s lover.
  • -       He died on May 8, 1904.
  • -       Also was pioneering work for animal locomotion.
  • -       He left the untied states to take photographs in Central America.
  • -       He started to build his reputation in 1867 when taking pictures of Yosemite & San Francisco.
  • -       Most of his photographer sequences had been published in artists reference books. (Filmmaker, Thom Andersen made a 1974 documentary titled Eadweard Muybridge, Zoopraxographer, describing his life and work).
  • -       In 1991 the (Addison Gallery of American art at Philips academy in Andover, Massachusetts hosted a major exhibiton of Muybridge’s work).k
